Job Description

The company is hiring for the following positions in its tender department:

• - Am-Tender : The candidate should have 12-15 years of experience in tendering, with a diploma or degree in civil or mechanical engineering. The candidate should be able to lead and manage the tender team, oversee the entire tender process, liaise with clients and consultants, and ensure timely and accurate submission of bids.

• - Manager-Tender : The candidate should have 10-12 years of experience in tendering, with a diploma or degree in civil or mechanical engineering. The candidate should be able to handle multiple tenders, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, prepare and review tender documents, and negotiate with clients and vendors.

• - Assistant Manager-Tender : The candidate should have 8+ years of experience in tendering, with a diploma or degree in civil or mechanical engineering. The candidate should be able to assist the manager in all aspects of tendering, such as market research, tender analysis, bid preparation, and follow-up.

- Jr. Executive-Tender : The candidate should have 3 years of experience in tendering, with a diploma or degree in civil or mechanical engineering. The candidate should be able to support the tender team in various tasks, such as data entry, document management, tender search, and correspondence.
